Quality Assurance

Our Quality Control/Quality Assurance Programme covers our entire Management System, including our On-Site Installation Processes. That means that every project we undertake, big or small, is executed with the same emphasis on Quality.

QUALITY CONTROL + QUALITY ASSURANCE = CONFIDENCE!

Quality checks regularly take place throughout installation in addition to on-going performance monitoring which ensures that DDT Liners meets industry-leading quality standards. 

Every aspect of the onsite installation process, from panels deployed to destructive test results, is documented. Upon completion of a project, our administration team compiles a Manufacturer’s Data Report (MDR) which includes all the onsite documentation completed by our supervisors. All MDRs are kept on file and a copy is provided to clients at their request.

 At the center of this rigorous process, it is our policy to employ and develop personnel who have the technical and interpersonal skills to deal effectively and efficiently with people, execute good decisions and provide a full service that satisfies our clients. We invest heavily in the training and development of our team. The key decision makers are given the authority they need to enable a smooth operation and managers are equipped to make the right decisions quickly and efficiently.
